pre-manufactured shapes!
1) Fibre glass pools are
installed quickly and quietly, without having to transport
heavy plant equipment to the site. Consequently, there is
little damage to gardens or disruptive mechanical noise.
2) Strict quality
control exists as a result of constant supervision on the
factory floor. There are no unsupervised groups of
sub-contractors coming and going in their own time.
3) No interference or
delays are caused due to elements such as rain, wind, dust
and temperature variations, which can have impacts on other
pool types.
4) An established team,
whose workmanship you can pre-assess, works on your pool
from start to finish. There are no alternating teams of
sub-contractors working on your pool from day to day.
5) The quality of the
product may be assessed before it is installed. There is no
chance of sub-standard workmanship being camouflaged by good
work done at a later stage, as may be the case with other
methods of pool construction.
6) Quality laminate and
SABS approved materials are used throughout.
7) The flexibility of
fibre glass pools ensures that they last. Ongoing soil
movement, caused largely by seasonal influx and outflow of
water, makes rigid cement structures susceptible to strain
that is most notable during the rainy season, especially
where building takes place in clay.
8) Fibre glass pools are
warmer and thus allow greater pool use.
9) Fibre glass pools
stay cleaner for longer because of the non-porous, smooth
[but non slippery] surface that does not supply a ready
foothold for algae and grime.
10) Fibre glass pools
save money in the long term, as they are easier to maintain.
They require a lighter daily chemical dose, and in
comparison with other pools that we build, the similar size
pool may require 3 times more chemicals. This may save you
as much as R1,500 per year! |
